Your guests notice the minor details when it comes to cleanliness. It does not feel good if there is a crumb behind the toast or the towel was not folded right. In Las Vegas the five star stays are normal, but only a good enough room does not cut it.
Kokoro Cleaning is the Airbnb cleaning service in Las Vegas. Most of the hosts rely on us for reliable and consistent results. Our team will reach your location and serve you best whether you are an Airbnb host in Summerlin or managing a VRBO in Henderson.
We handle the mess. You focus on the bookings. We serve individual hosts, property managers and multi-property owners across Las Vegas and Henderson. Have a quick call with our team and they will guide you according to your desired needs.
Airbnb Cleaning
Different properties have different needs, and we never offer a one-size-fits-all clean. Here is how we work.
Back-to-back bookings bring great revenue and tight timelines. We specialize in same-day Airbnb turnovers, cleaning, resetting, and preparing your property.
We offer weekly cleanings, between-stay cleanings, and ongoing support for multi-property hosts. Whether you manage one home or ten, we sync with your booking calendar.
We partner with agents, investors, and property managers across Las Vegas. Our team prepares homes for open houses, new listings, and handovers, making every property move-in ready.
What's Included
Every clean we do covers your entire property. Here is what's included in our Airbnb cleaning service in Las Vegas.
The kitchen is where guests judge cleanliness most. We wipe and sanitize all countertops, clean the microwave, scrub the sink, then clean the floor, empty the trash, and reline the bins with fresh bags.
Guests notice every detail here, so we pay extra attention. We sanitize toilets top to bottom, scrub showers and bathtubs, disinfect sinks and faucets, then wash and dry the floors thoroughly.
A beautifully made bed changes the whole feel of a room and creates a luxury vibe. We strip old sheets, replace them with fresh linens, make the bed to hotel standards, dust surfaces, then vacuum the floors.
The spaces where guests relax need to feel clean and inviting. We wipe and dust every surface, vacuum carpets or mop floors, dust the furniture, and reset all the cushions neatly.

We work with short-term rental hosts across Las Vegas and Henderson on a reliable, recurring schedule, syncing around your booking calendar so cleans happen exactly when they need to.
Full turnover cleaning between every stay.
Consistent cleaning to maintain your Superhost or Premier Host status.
Guest-ready presentation that protects your reviews.

Why Hosts Choose Us
There are a lot of cleaning companies in Las Vegas. So why do hosts keep coming back to us?
We show up when we say we will. It sounds simple, but it's the one thing that matters most to hosts, and we take it seriously.
Every cleaner follows the same detailed checklist. So whether it's your first clean or your fiftieth, the standard stays the same.
We work around your calendar. Need a clean on a Saturday at 8 am? Our team will arrive on time and make it happen.
You're trusting us with your property and we don't take that lightly. Kokoro Cleaning is fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
We're not a national franchise that sends whoever's available. We're a local Las Vegas cleaning company and have built our reputation right here.
